Archive for the mortgage CategoryOrange County CA. Over 18 Percent of Homes Underwater!28. August 2010 by Spiritual Patriot.
Not so bad really when you consider that 33 percent of all the homes in California are underwater and 68 percent of all the homes in Nevada. Oh my God, what is going on and what can you do? These and many other government statistics show beyond a shadow of a doubt that millions and millions of homeowners are struggling. They are struggling with stress of a financial burden brought about by banks, on purpose! Yes I mean on purpose. What a great way to increase profits by first, stop lending and creating more debt, then deluding the equity in our homes, and last but not least eliminate most jobs, and finally take properties for pennies on the dollar. Great gig if you can get it. What can we do then? Get an attorney? Not, most of them just want you to go bankrupt and start over. Which is next to impossible these days with no credit, no jobs and an economy run by banks that just want to earn a profit by doing pretty much nothing and taking little or no risk? Chief Economist Mark Fleming. He added: “Negative equity continues to both drive foreclosures and impede the housing market recovery. With nearly 5 million borrowers currently in severe negative equity, defaults will remain at a high level for an extended period of time.” Posted in mortgage | Print | No Comments » Connecticut - Mortgage Foreclosure Standing Order24. August 2010 by Spiritual Patriot 2012.
Standing Order on Mortgage Foreclosure The purpose of this standing order is to ensure that no mortgage foreclosure proceeding is initiated, no previously initiated mortgage foreclosure proceeding goes to judgment, and no sale of a residential property for which the mortgage has been foreclosed is approved pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure by sale, unless the defendant has had an opportunity, if the defendant is eligible, to apply for relief under a federal loss mitigation program including, but not limited to, the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), the Second Lien Modification Program (2MP), the Home Affordable Unemployment Program (UP), and the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA), information about which is available at https://www.hmpadmin.com/portal/about/overview.html http://makinghomeaffordable.gov/about.html https://www.hmpadmin.com/portal/docs/hamp_servicer/sd1002.pdf http://www.homeloans.va.gov/circulars/26_10_2.pdf Posted in mortgage | Print | No Comments » Can I Save Land And My Home?22. March 2010 by Spiritual Patriot 2012.
There is much that can be done to save your property. It doesn’t really matter whether it is land or a home as the process is pretty much the same. The first thing that needs to be filed into Court is a Complaint for Quite Title and a Motion for Relief from Sale of Property. You are in a Non-Judicial state so they are proceeding pretty much as if all is well and YOU are in the wrong. I would suggest, just after filing the Complaint, that you have an audit done on your loan to find all of the Federal and State regulations that they violated (and trust me…you’ll find several). The ugly truth is that they must be able to produce the original note along with all of the evidence to support that they actually own the thing and with your Complaint they are going to have to PROVE that they followed all of the regulations. The BIG ugly truth is that the necessary paperwork to prove they followed the regulations where not kept (they figured we’d never figure out how to fight them so they didn’t think they’d ever actually NEED them) properly so litigation is a very PAINFUL experience for them. Most places that you go to get an audit charge from $1,500 to $2,000. Since we do so many of them our provider charges us only $500 so if you go through The National Foreclosure Protection Center for the audit it will only cost $500. The challenge for you is that litigation, even pro se (representing yourself) can be a little costly but far from what it would cost to hire an attorney. September 2009 by Spiritual Patriot 2012.
Imagine that you home was foreclosed on and then they destroyed it! Why would a bail out bank who got millions and millions to help families keep their homes destroy a perfectly good brand new one? This and many other questions should be asked and published. Deo Vindice mortgage redemption process is the best way to learn and educate ourselves on keeping and saving ones families home. Bank bail outs and loan modifications are a sham at best. Justice Arthur M. Schack threw out 46 of 102 foreclosures cases and most of the defendants were not even present! What a great man who stands up to the power and money of systems gone way awry. Imagine if more judges actually looked at the reams of foreclosure motions on their desk and they all did what Arthur does, throw them out, why? Because most are done wrong and the defendants do not have the means to argue their case, let alone know what to argue. Little by little we are seeing a small group of individuals standing up for the people of this country and not just siding with big institutions who only care about profit. Over 6 millions families have been illegally foreclosed on in the last 3 years alone. Another 10 million are expected in the next 3 to 5 years. Get foreclosures help here. Yes there is good information on his site but putting it all together is why one should seek experienced foreclosure help. One such site and person is Charles Lincoln. Jefferson in some cases could be called a prophet. When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe. The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world. I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government. No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical. Very Interesting Quote In light of the present financial crisis, it’s interesting to read what Thomas Jefferson said in 1802: “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
